Does Management know their Staff ?

On walking into the factory, the MD noticed ayoung guy leaning against thewall, doing nothing.
He approached the young manand calmly said to him,
"How much do you earn?"
The young man wasquite amazed that he was askedsuch a personal question, he replied, none theless,
"I earn $2000.00 amonth, Sir. Why?"

Without answering, the MD took out his wallet andremoved $6000.00 cashand gave it to the young man and said,
"Aroundhere I pay people forworking, not for standing around looking pretty!Here is 3 months'salary,now GET OUT and don't come back".
The young man turned around and was quickly outof sight. Noticing a fewonlookers, theMD said in a very upsetmanner,
"And that applies foreverybody in this company".

He approached one of the onlookers and askedhim, "Who's the young man thatI just fired ?"To which an amazing reply came, "He was thepizza delivery man, Sir...!!!"
